LANDSLIDE

All this rain was making me happy.. until the landslide. If you have ever been to my house you know the road up is small and "one lane." Well on Monday, my beloved rain caused a major landslide that caused part of the road to wash away. Thus, making the road too dangerous for cars, actually cars do not even fit anymore.. sigh. (See Below). From now until the road is fixed I will be walking at least 0.4 miles (roundtrip) everyday. I am just happy my house is fine, so just a little inconvenience for a couple months.

On another note, my dog, Chewie, is a DUMMY and too smart for his own good. So I think he has cabin fever from all the rain storms. So, during this time he figured out how to open the gate with his nose and "free" himself. Well, after freeing himself one day, he went to go bark at the mean neighbor's dogs. Then he proceeded to stick his nose through the gate/fence and got bit by the the neighbors dog (see below), again. This is the third time that he has been hurt/bit by the neighbor's dog. Not only did he not learn from his previous experience but he went back for more! What a DUMMY!!
